September Paper Pumpkin Extras!

Here are two cards that I made using the September Paper Pumpkin Kit.

Aren't they cute!
I used Tangelo Twist as the base and added a layer of Blackberry Bliss.
On the first card I used whisper white craft ink to stamp the Happy Halloween sentiment.
On the second card I stamped the skull in Tuxedo black to make a spooky background!

Gift Box punch Board

I made some really cute boxes with the new gift box punch board awhile back and wanted to share them with you!
Here's the first:

This box is the perfect size for a little treat to say thank-you! Can you guess what is inside of the box? It's my trademark secret!

(Ok-not so secret... Yup you guessed it.... CHOCOLATE!!!!!)

The box is just under 2" around and only needs a 6x6" piece of cardstock!

Box number 2 was made with a full 12x12 sheet of cardstock:

It's 4" around, a nice size for something bigger, maybe even a cupcake!!!!

For both boxes I used the tree trimmings DSP out of the holiday catalogue! It's a nice thicker weight cardstock, which is great for making boxes!

Have you seen then new DSP? Which design is your favorite?
I'm really digging the pattern I made the first box with!

Cute Blendabilities birthday cards!

I just ordered a few more colours of blendabilities markers and so I decided to make a few more of the birthday cards using the Bloom With Hope stamp set!

I also just bought the new project life app so here is a layout with my cards!

You can't see the colours as well, but I used Pumpkin Pie, Melon Mambo, Wisteria Wonder and Rich Razzleberry for these ones. The one in the middle is the Cherry Cobbler one I posted earlier this week!

Just enough of a pop of colour in the mat to give it a little oomph.

West Coast Creator's Blog Hop #2!

Welcome to our second West Coast Creators Blog Hop!
This month we are featuring the Blendabilities Marker Line from Stampin' Up!
I am loving these markers! They blend so easily and make colouring your images a breeze!

We'll start off with a project from the annual catalogue- this stamp set is a hostess set called Bloom with Hope- and has great sketched lines that are perfect for this type of colouring.

Isn't it just gorgeous!
I used the Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive and Daffodil Delight Blendabilities for this one.
Remember to use your Memento Ink pad for stamping these ones- as Blendabilities are Alcohol based markers and will cause Stazon Ink to run and smear.
I added just a pop of Cherry Cobbler paper behind to give it a little boost!

Next, from the Holiday Catalogue:
This Single stamp from the Holiday Catalogue is called Christmas Bauble (#133824) and is just perfect for colouring! Again I used the same 3 sets of Blendabilities, Cherry Cobbler, Daffodil Delight and Old Olive. I love how the shading gives the element of dimension!
I used the Deco Label Framelits to cut out the sentiment frame and the sentiment is from the Bright & Beautiful Stamp Set (#135029). Then I took my Cherry Cobbler Stampin' Write marker and made the stitching dashes around the outside of the die cut. Add a rhinestone and voila!
